Nexus Game Fleet v1.9.0 Stable
released this
2026-10-04 23:43:18 +01:00 | 2 commits to main since this releaseNexus can now disable an instance without stopping its game. Disabling persists across restarts, greys out the card, suppresses all upstream polling, and rejects game controls until re-enabled. Both configured and dashboard-managed instances are supported.
The fleet has a Show/Hide disabled toggle with a browser-saved preference. Disabled cards are excluded from online/player totals. Offline edits preserve credentials and avoid connection checks. Per-instance serialization and browser refresh guards prevent queued polls from undoing a disable.
Validation: all 100 Python tests passed on Windows and Linux; card rendering checks and desktop/mobile browser checks passed, including re-enabling, persistent filtering, all-hidden fleets and delayed poll responses. Deployed and verified on LXC104 with all six existing instances and saved state preserved. No game actions were sent.
Upgrade: run the existing installer; no configuration migration is required. Back up the Nexus state directory, including instance-availability.json. Existing instances remain enabled by default.

nexus-game-fleet v1.8.0 Stable
released this
2026-09-15 16:38:21 +01:00 | 7 commits to main since this releaseAdds an explicit proxy-aware listener and guarded configuration command for a separate ingress host. The systemd override survives base reinstalls and preserves credentials and instance state. The default local listener remains loopback.
Includes the published 1.7.2 restricted DiscoPanel uptime reader and the currently deployed controls-locked handling, bringing the repository forward to the deployed behavior before version 1.8.0. Adds fresh-install and ecosystem guides and updates production packaging.
Validation: 96 Python tests, Bash syntax and production archive build. Fresh install, proxy setup, authenticated setup prompt and base reinstall were exercised in a disposable Debian LXC; health checks remained successful. No production dashboard code was deployed by this change.
Source release. See the fresh-install and ecosystem guides before installation. Publishing this release does not upgrade existing deployments.
