Adds an operator-facing ecosystem guide and README entry point identifying this as the standalone Vanilla/systemd dashboard. Separates it from the deployed DiscoPanel-managed Minecraft workflow and explains the related Nexus and blueprint projects.

Documentation only. Relative links checked; runtime unchanged.

Review branch only; merge before directing new users to the updated main-branch instructions. Credentials and private deployment state are excluded.
